What we believe
Solve one problem first
We do not sell transformation roadmaps. We start with the most pressing problem and build something usable. If it works, we move forward.
We use our own products
Products such as KIKU, AIDaily, and GEO Checker run in production every day. We use the same approach for the systems we build for clients.
No client lock-in
We deliver source code and operating instructions. We choose open-source or replaceable technologies so you can hand the system over to someone else whenever you want.
We take an FDE approach to projects
FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) is a way of working pioneered by Palantir and widely adopted in recent years by AI companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic. The engineers writing the code work directly at client sites and within their workflows, learning about the problems as they build and deploy the system.
Requirements pass through multiple hands
- Sales gathers requirements → A PM writes specifications → Outsourced engineers build to those specifications
- Each handoff loses some meaning, and the result is often “not what I wanted”
- Sign a large contract and write full specifications first, then wait months to see results
- Who understands the system after delivery? Often, only the documentation remains
